Refunds

In general no refunds are given for purchases made for our Adventures. With so many variables, including numerous phone companies, different ways of handling the devices, and the degrees of care being taken to follow the directions, we can't take responsibility for games that are lost while playing. But, we most certainly will take responsibility if our webmaster determines it is our fault the website failed.

Lost Service

We make every attempt to position our Adventures in areas that have good cell service however, we can not verify the signals of every carrier. If your phone loses service, or shuts you out of the game for any reason, you will have to repurchase the Adventure and start over. While you are playing the game, take care that your phone doesn't get shut off suddenly. Also be careful not to advance the screen until you are at the next puzzle or you may not be able to find it.

Error In The Website

In the unlikely event our website goes down while you are in the middle of an Adventure, please email us at SeekNSolveAdventures@gmail.com. We will look into the problem and try to get you back into the game. You may have to start the questions at the beginning but, if you tell us what question you were on, we will give you the answers to input for the prior ones so you don't have to walk back to the start. If we are unable to get you back in play within an hour, and it was our fault the game shut down, we will send you a certificate for a free future Adventure.
